2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Sunset Bosphorus Cruise Tour in Istanbul.
The tour is designed as a sightseeing cruise along the Bosphorus, allowing passengers to view Istanbul’s European and Asian shores and major waterfront landmarks during the late-afternoon and sunset period.
Unless a private yacht or private cruise option is specifically purchased, the service is operated as a shared tour.
3. Tour Route and Landmarks
Depending on maritime traffic, weather and operational conditions, the cruise may provide views of landmarks such as:

The confirmed departure time will be communicated to the Customer before the tour.
Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15–20 minutes before departure, unless different instructions are provided.
The vessel cannot be required to wait for passengers who arrive late.

A cloudy or partially visible sunset does not by itself constitute cancellation or non-performance of the cruise.

- Following crew and safety instructions
- Supervising children
- Protecting personal belongings
- Informing Transfer3e in advance about special requirements
Passengers must behave in a manner that does not endanger or disturb other guests, crew or vessel operations.
13. Late Arrival and No-Show
Passengers arriving after the scheduled boarding time may miss the cruise.
If the Customer misses the cruise because of:
- Late arrival
- Going to the wrong meeting point
- Incorrect contact information
- Failure to check boarding instructions
- Personal transportation delays
the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
No-show reservations may be non-refundable subject to the booking conditions and applicable consumer legislation.
14. Children
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian throughout the tour.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children during:

- Disembarkation

18. Cancellation and Changes by the Customer

19. Cancellation by Transfer3e or Tour Operator
If the tour is completely cancelled for operational, technical, safety or weather-related reasons and no suitable alternative is provided, the Customer will be offered an appropriate solution in accordance with the booking conditions and applicable consumer legislation.
This may include, where applicable:

- Refund of the unused service
20. Force Majeure
Transfer3e cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
