Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price covers all passengers and their luggage: one medium suitcase and one carry-on per passenger seat.

How do I pay?

In cash to the driver at the end of the ride, in euros, Turkish lira or US dollars. No prepayment and no credit card needed.

Where do I meet the driver?

At the airport the driver waits in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name or the 3E logo. At a port or train station, at the nearest meeting point; at your hotel, in front of the building.

How long will the driver wait for me?

Up to 90 minutes for airport pickups and 30 minutes everywhere else. Longer waiting costs 10 euros per 15 minutes, paid in cash.

What if my flight is delayed?

There is no extra charge for delays of up to 6 hours. Please let us know on WhatsApp so the driver can follow the new arrival time.

My flight or pickup time changed. What should I do?

Tell us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the pickup and we change it free of charge.

Is a child seat necessary?

Yes, child seats are required by law. We offer infant seats (0–1 year), child seats (1–5 years) and boosters (5–12 years) for a small fee; add them when you book.

Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes, stops on the route of up to 15 minutes are possible for an extra fee. A stop off the route needs a separate booking.
