Thanks a lot for providing during a very short time a very comfortable and clean car. Driver arrived in advance and was waiting in front of the hotel. I did the car reservation just few hours before the flight, so appreciate that owner has texted me on Whatsupp to receive my details. Per vehicle. The price covers all passengers and their luggage: one medium suitcase and one carry-on per passenger seat.
In cash to the driver at the end of the ride, in Turkish lira (TL), euros or US dollars. No prepayment and no credit card needed.
At the airport the driver waits in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name or the 3E logo. At a port or train station, at the nearest meeting point; at your hotel, in front of the building.
Up to 90 minutes for airport pickups and 30 minutes everywhere else. Longer waiting costs 10 euros per 15 minutes, paid in cash.
There is no extra charge for delays of up to 6 hours. Please let us know on WhatsApp so the driver can follow the new arrival time.
Tell us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the pickup and we change it free of charge.
Yes, child seats are required by law. We offer infant seats (0–1 year), child seats (1–5 years) and boosters (5–12 years) for a small fee; add them when you book.
Yes, stops on the route of up to 15 minutes are possible for an extra fee. A stop off the route needs a separate booking.
Yes. Free cancellation and full refund up to 24 hours before pickup. To cancel, write to us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking e-mail with your booking number.
