From booking to your door, step by step

This is exactly what you see when you book with Transfer3E, from the first click on the booking form to the moment your driver greets you. The pictures are screenshots of our booking form and e-mails.

Step 1

Choose your route, date and passengers

The booking form is at the top of our home page and of every transfer page. Choose Airport transfer for a ride from A to B, or Chauffeur hire for a car with a driver by the hour. Type an airport, hotel, district or address in From and To and pick it from the list. Then set the date and time and how many people and suitcases are travelling, and press See prices.

For an airport pickup, enter the time your flight lands.
Travelling back too? + Add return books the way back at the same time, with a discount on the return.
No account, app or card is needed.

Step 2

Pick your vehicle and see the fixed price

Every vehicle that fits your group is listed with its price for the whole car, not per person. Taxes, meet and greet and bridge and motorway tolls are included, and the price stays the same if your flight is late or the traffic is slow.

Each card shows how many passengers and suitcases the car takes.
With a lot of luggage, choose a larger vehicle: the price is per car, so a group pays less per person.

Step 3

Add your flight number and address

Type your flight number and press Verify: your driver follows your flight with it, so an early or late landing changes nothing for you. Then write the name of your hotel or the full address you are going to.

Delays of up to 6 hours cost nothing extra.
A hotel name is enough; our drivers know the city.

Step 4

Tell us who is travelling

Enter your name, e-mail address and phone number. Your booking e-mails go to this address, and on the day your driver reaches you on this number, so give one you can use abroad, ideally with WhatsApp.

Booking for someone else? Choose I am booking for someone else and add the passenger’s name.
Keep Send me booking updates by e-mail and WhatsApp ticked to hear about every change at once.

Step 5

Child seats, extras and a note for the driver

Children must ride in a child seat, so add one for each child. You can also add an extra stop on the way or welcome flowers. For a wheelchair, oversized luggage or anything else the driver should know, tick Add a note for the driver. Then press Continue.

Write the child’s age, weight and height in the note, so the right seat is fitted.

Step 6

Add the way back, or skip it

Next, the form asks whether you also need a transfer back. Choose the date and pickup time and, for a flight home, add your departure flight number. Save and continue adds the return with its discount; Skip this step books one way only.

At hotel pickups your driver waits 30 minutes free.
Flying home from Istanbul Airport? From Taksim or the Old City, plan the pickup 4 to 4½ hours before an international flight.

Step 7

Check the summary and send your booking

The order summary shows your details, the route, date and time, the vehicle, any extras and the total price. You pay the driver in cash at the end of the ride, in EUR, TRY or USD. Accept the booking conditions and press Book now.

No deposit and no card details are needed.
Free cancellation and full refund up to 24 hours before pickup.

Step 8

Your booking request is received

Your booking number appears on the screen straight away. Our team checks the vehicle and driver for your date and time and confirms your booking by e-mail.

Your booking number is in every e-mail we send; keep it for any question.
Send it on WhatsApp too sends us your booking on WhatsApp in one tap.

2After you book

Step 9

E-mail 1: we have your request

Seconds after you book, a summary arrives in your inbox with your booking number and every detail you entered. Check it: if something is wrong, reply to the e-mail or write to us on WhatsApp.

No e-mail after a few minutes? Look in your spam folder, or send us your booking number on WhatsApp.

Step 10

E-mail 2: booking confirmed, with your voucher

When we confirm, you receive your voucher: passenger, route, date, time, vehicle, flight and price, with a PDF copy attached. For pickups at Istanbul’s airports it also shows the meeting point with photos.

Your booking is final once this e-mail arrives.
Keep the voucher on your phone or print it.

Step 11

Before your trip: your driver’s details

No later than 2 hours before pickup, your driver’s name and phone number reach you by e-mail. Before you land, we also confirm the meeting details on WhatsApp.

Your driver follows your flight, so delays and early landings are covered.
Plans changed? Write to us on WhatsApp at any hour.

Step 12

Meet your driver

Our 3E meet and greet team waits for you with your name. This is where to go.

At Istanbul Airport (IST)

Pass passport control, collect your bags and walk through customs.
Leave the arrivals hall through Exit 13. Our team waits at the 3E sign with your name.

Follow the signs to Exit 13. As soon as you walk out, the 3E sign stands on your left.

At Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

Pass passport control, collect your bags and walk through customs.
Walk out of the terminal. Our 3E team waits inside the TÜRSAB building opposite column 5: just tell reception you are here for 3E.

At Galataport cruise port

Add your ship's name and the time you expect to leave it to your booking. If your plans change on the day, message us on WhatsApp.
Passport control, customs and the luggage hall are in the underground terminal. Collect your bags there and take the escalators up to the waterfront.
Your driver waits at the terminal exit, at the meeting point we sent you, with a sign showing your name or the 3E logo.

At Antalya and other airports

Pass passport control, collect your bags and walk through customs.
Your driver waits at the arrivals exit of your terminal with a sign showing your name or the 3E logo. Walk past the tour-operator desks; they are for package-holiday shuttles.

At your hotel or address

Be ready at the entrance or in the lobby at the pickup time. Your driver waits 30 minutes free.
In the Old City and other pedestrian areas the driver stops at the nearest point a car may reach, usually a short walk away.

Step 13

Ride to your door and pay at the end

Your driver carries your luggage to the car and takes you straight to your hotel or address, with no other passengers on board. At the end of the ride you pay the price on your voucher, in cash.

You can pay in euros, Turkish lira or US dollars.
Bridge and motorway tolls are included in our price. Crossing by the Eurasia Tunnel instead costs 10 euros extra, and by car ferry 7 euros.
Waiting beyond the free time costs 10 euros per 15 minutes, paid in cash.
Licensed, insured vehicles and professional drivers.

Changes and cancellation

Plans change. Write to us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking e-mail with your booking number, and we update your booking.

Changes are free if you tell us at least 2 hours before pickup.
Free cancellation and full refund up to 24 hours before pickup.
Flight delayed? You need to do nothing: your driver follows the new landing time.
