How it works

  2. We reply within one working day with a rate sheet and an agreement.
  3. You send your first booking; we confirm it in writing.
  4. Bookings are invoiced monthly or paid per booking.

Other corporate services

Airport transfer We pick up your employees, guests and clients at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) and take them to any address in Istanbul, at fixed prices agreed in advance and billed once a month. Hotel transfer We run airport and city transfers for hotels in Istanbul. Your front desk books for the guest, our driver waits with a sign carrying the guest's and your hotel's name, and you either add the ride to the guest's bill or the guest pays the driver. Clinic-Hospital transfer We drive patients and their companions between the airport, their hotel and the clinic or hospital in Istanbul, for health-tourism agencies, clinics and hospitals. The driver helps with luggage and getting in and out of the car, and we plan pickups around appointment times. Chauffeur service Book a car with a professional driver by the hour, right here on this page. The car stays with you between meetings, and the driver knows the city's traffic and the quickest way between the European and Asian sides. M.I.C.E. We handle ground transport for meetings, incentive trips, conferences and events in Istanbul: group arrivals at both airports, shuttles between hotels and venues, dinners and departures, with one operations contact for the whole event. Ski transfer We drive skiers from Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen and Istanbul hotels to the ski resorts of Uludağ, Kartalkaya and Kartepe, and back. Vans carry skis, snowboards and boot bags, and drivers are used to winter mountain roads. You get pre-booked jobs at a fixed price per ride; we handle the customers, payments and support.
