The drive from Antalya Airport to Side
Side lies about 70 km east of Antalya Airport, along the D400 coast road past Aksu, the Belek turn-off and Serik. The drive takes 55 to 75 minutes, depending on the traffic in the towns along the way.
Side's hotels line the coast on either side of the old town: Kumköy, Çolaklı and Evrenseki to the west, Sorgun and Titreyengöl to the east, and Kızılağaç and Kızılot beyond the Manavgat River. We drive to all of them, and to Manavgat town.

Fares checked in October 2026: the Antalya Metropolitan Council's taxi tariff of 23 March 2026. They change during the year.
Side is too far for the city buses: the public route needs two changes, at Antalya's bus station and in Manavgat, and takes 2½ to 3½ hours. A tour-operator shuttle comes with many package holidays, but it waits for other flights and stops at several hotels on the way. A taxi or a private transfer takes you straight to your hotel in about an hour. With a transfer, the price is per vehicle and fixed before you fly, and the driver waits for you if your flight lands late.
Arriving in Side
Most hotels around Side are beach resorts, from Kumköy and Çolaklı west of the old town to Sorgun and Titreyengöl east of it. The driver takes you to your hotel's lobby and helps with your luggage; add its name when you book, since resort names are easier to find than street addresses.
The old town stands on a small peninsula, among the ruins of ancient Side, and is closed to most traffic. For a hotel or guesthouse inside it, the driver stops at the nearest point a car may reach and helps you with your bags.

In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. We follow your flight, so the driver is there even if you land late.
Is there a bus from Antalya Airport to Side?
Not directly. Take bus 600 to Antalya bus station (Otogar), about an hour, then a bus or minibus to Manavgat, which run about every 20 minutes and take 1 to 1½ hours, and from Manavgat a dolmuş on to Side, about 15 minutes. With the changes, allow 2½ to 3½ hours. Late at night, the connections stop.
How much is a taxi from Antalya Airport to Side?
On Antalya's taxi tariff, 40 TL to start plus 50 TL per kilometre since 23 March 2026, the 70 km come to roughly 3,550 TL. Our price is fixed per vehicle and shown before you book.
Can the car drive into the old town of Side?
Not usually: the old town is closed to cars. The driver stops at its edge, or at a drop-off point agreed with your hotel, and helps you with your bags. Add your hotel's name when you book, and we plan the approach.
Do you also drive to Manavgat and the hotels east of the river?
Yes. We drive to Manavgat town, to Sorgun and Titreyengöl east of the old town, and beyond the Manavgat River to Kızılağaç and Kızılot. Enter your hotel in the booking form to see its fixed price.
Can you take me from Side back to the airport?
Yes. Book a pickup from your hotel. For an international flight we suggest leaving about 4 hours before departure. Add your flight number, so the driver takes you to the right terminal.
