If your transfer is from the airport, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival area with a sign or tablet displaying your name or the 3E logo. If your transfer is from a port or train station, the driver will be waiting for you at the nearest meeting point with a sign or tablet displaying your name or the 3E logo. If your transfer is from your accommodation, the driver will be waiting for you in front of the building, provided it is not in a pedestrian zone. If you cannot find the driver, please contact them or Customer Service at +905413342102.

You are allowed a total of four pieces of luggage per passenger seat: one medium-sized suitcase and one carry-on bag, and this is included in the transfer fee. If you have more luggage per passenger seat and this requires a larger vehicle category, you will need to book a larger vehicle.

Waiting time for airport departures is 90 minutes. For all other departure points, it is 30 minutes. An additional fee will be applied if the waiting time exceeds the above limits. If you think you won't have enough free time, you can have the driver wait for you for a waiting fee of 10 euros for every 15 minutes. Remember that the payment is in cash.

If your flight is delayed by up to 6 hours as specified in your booking, there will be no extra charge.

You need to make two reservations for each group. Alternatively, you can select one and enter the flight details when the last passenger arrived at the airport. Possible changes to flights (delays, etc.) may prevent all passengers from being picked up within the specified waiting time.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight's departure time. Additionally, to account for possible delays, you should extend your estimated transfer time by 20%. For example, if your estimated transfer time is 30 minutes, 20% of that is 6 minutes; therefore, your meeting time should be 2 hours and 36 minutes before your flight's departure time.

We offer a variety of payment methods. However, not all of these may always be available for every route. During the booking process, for some routes you may be able to choose the cash payment option in the final step of the booking process; this means you can book without using a credit card.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after we receive your reservation. Processing times for some services may take up to 12 hours (average time: 2 hours).

If your flight, train, or ship is early, you will need to wait for the driver at the meeting point specified in your confirmation until the scheduled pick-up time.

You can bring your own child car seat. However, please note that a child car seat takes up space for one person, so please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle when making your reservation.

Additional stops are only allowed on the route, limited to 15 minutes, and at an extra cost. A new reservation is required for stops off-route.

You can take your pet with you on transfer free of charge, provided it is properly placed in a travel carrier or bag and put in the vehicle's cargo compartment. Please ensure your pet does not disturb the driver during the transfer and that the vehicle remains in pristine condition, ready for subsequent customers.
