This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you visit transfer3e.com, send us a booking request or contact us. It combines our privacy notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

1. Data controller

Transfer3E is a brand of 3E Seyahat Organizasyon Turizm ve Taşımacılık Limited Şirketi (TÜRSAB licence no. 12556).

2. What data we collect

  • Booking details: full name, phone (WhatsApp) number, email address; pick-up and drop-off address or point, date and time, return details, number of passengers and luggage, flight number, chosen vehicle, extras (e.g. child seat), payment currency, your notes and the booking reference we give you.
  • Contact details: when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your contact details and the content of your messages.
  • Technical data: to run and secure the website, server logs briefly process your IP address, browser/device information and the pages you request; the booking form applies an IP-based rate limit to prevent abuse.
  • Cookieless statistics: visit statistics kept on our own server (see section 8).
  • Google Analytics data: only if you accept cookies (see section 8).

Payment: you pay in cash in the vehicle. The website does not collect or store any card data. If you need an invoice, the details required for it are collected separately.

Sensitive data: please do not put unnecessary sensitive information (such as detailed health information) in the notes field. If you tell us about an accessibility need, we use it only to arrange the service accordingly and in line with Article 6 KVKK.

If you book for other passengers, please pass this notice on to them before sharing their details with us.

3. Why we use your data

  • to receive, price, confirm and carry out your transfer booking;
  • to plan the driver and vehicle, track your flight and meet you;
  • to send you updates, changes and cancellations about your booking (email, phone, WhatsApp);
  • for accounting, invoicing and legally required records;
  • to handle requests, complaints and disputes;
  • to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix errors;
  • to understand how the website is used and improve it (statistics).

We do not send you marketing messages without your consent. We do not build profiles or make decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. How we collect data and our legal bases

Data is collected electronically through the booking form, email, phone and WhatsApp conversations and the website’s technical infrastructure. Legal bases (Article 5(2) KVKK; for visitors from the EU/EEA, the corresponding bases of Article 6(1) GDPR):

  • Performance of a contract (KVKK 5/2-c; GDPR 6/1-b): bookings and the transfer service;
  • Legal obligation (KVKK 5/2-ç; GDPR 6/1-c): invoices, accounting and records required by law;
  • Expressly provided for by law (KVKK 5/2-a): mandatory notifications to authorities;
  • Establishing, exercising or defending a right (KVKK 5/2-e): records about claims and disputes;
  • Legitimate interest (KVKK 5/2-f; GDPR 6/1-f): website security, abuse prevention and cookieless statistics;
  • Explicit consent (KVKK 5/1; GDPR 6/1-a): Google Analytics cookies and any marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with

  • The assigned driver and transport operator: only what the service needs — name, phone, flight, pick-up/drop-off details and special requests.
  • Our service providers (processors): hosting and server infrastructure (Vercel Inc.), database (Neon; servers in Frankfurt, Germany), email (Google – Gmail), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta, when you write to us), address search and maps (Google Maps), statistics (Google Analytics, only with your consent), our accounting service.
  • Competent public authorities: where and to the extent the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data or give it to third parties for advertising.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers (Vercel, Google, Meta, Neon) operate servers outside Türkiye, mainly in the European Union and the United States. Your data may therefore be transferred abroad, limited to the purposes above. Transfers follow the procedures of Article 9 KVKK (for example standard contracts announced by the Turkish Data Protection Authority or the other conditions listed in the law).

7. How long we keep data

  • Booking records and correspondence: 1 year from the service date; invoices, accounting records and records relating to a claim or dispute for as long as the relevant law requires (e.g. tax and commercial law) or until the dispute ends.
  • Cookieless statistics: up to about 13 months (400 days), then deleted automatically.
  • Google Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
  • Server logs: for the short log retention period of our hosting provider.

When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Necessary (browser storage): a t3e_consent entry is saved in your browser’s local storage to remember your cookie choice. It contains no personal data and is not sent to our server.
  • Cookieless statistics: our own server keeps aggregate information such as page views, language, referring site, country, device and browser type. No cookies are used and IP addresses are not stored: the IP address is used only for a moment, together with the browser information and a secret key, to build a one-way hash that changes every day. It cannot identify you or follow you from one day to the next.
  • Google Analytics 4 (optional): we use Google Consent Mode v2; everything is “denied” by default and the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. No advertising cookies are used.
  • Google Maps: the embedded map and the address search in the booking form are provided by Google; Google receives your IP address and the address text you search for and may use cookies under its own policy.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to book.

9. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you can ask us whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK; ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing. Visitors from the EU/EEA also have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to their local supervisory authority.

10. How to apply

Send your request by email to info@transfer3e.com or in writing to the address above, stating clearly what you are asking for and including enough information to verify your identity (full name, contact details and, if you have one, your booking reference). We reply free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).

11. Data security

The website runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS); database connections are encrypted, the admin panel is password-protected and only authorised staff who need it for their work can access the data. In the event of a data breach we notify the Turkish Data Protection Board and, where necessary, the people concerned, as required by Article 12 KVKK.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or the law change; the current version is always published on this page with the date at the top. If language versions of this notice differ, the Turkish version prevails.
