Arriving at Antalya Airport Late at Night: How to Get to Your Hotel (2026)

Antalya Airport (AYT) is open all night, but public transport is not: the tram and most city buses stop around midnight, and no bus goes to Belek, Side, Kemer or Alanya at any hour. After midnight you have three options: a taxi from the rank, your tour operator's shuttle if your package includes one, or a transfer booked before you fly.
What runs from Antalya Airport at night
| Option | Last departure from the airport | Goes to | Good to know |

| Bus 800 | About 23:45 | Meydan and Lara | Ends at the bus stop, not at your hotel |
| Bus 400 | About 01:25 | Konyaaltı | The only city bus after midnight |

Taxi fares at night
Taxis wait in front of the arrivals exit of every terminal, around the clock. Antalya's taxi tariff, valid since 23 March 2026, is 40 TL to start plus 50 TL per kilometre, with a 200 TL minimum for short trips, and there is no separate night rate. On the empty roads at night, the meter comes to roughly (our estimates, not published fares):
| Destination | Distance | Drive at night | Taxi on the meter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lara, Kundu | About 12 km | 15–25 min | About 650 TL |
| City centre, Kaleiçi | About 13 km | 20–30 min | About 700 TL |
| Konyaaltı | About 25 km | 30–45 min | About 1,300 TL |
| Belek | About 35 km | 30–40 min | About 1,800 TL |
| Kemer | About 55 km | 50–65 min | About 2,800 TL |
| Side | About 70 km | 55–75 min | About 3,550 TL |
| Alanya | About 125 km | 100–130 min | About 6,300 TL |
Airport taxi drivers wear airport ID tags, and a fare board stands by the rank. Check the board or make sure the meter runs from the start, and keep some lira in cash in case the card terminal does not work.
The tour operator's shuttle at night
If your package holiday includes a transfer, the tour operator's representatives wait outside the terminal for their customers, at night too. The shuttle usually waits for passengers from several flights and then stops at several hotels, so after a late landing you may reach a hotel in Side or Alanya in the small hours. If your flight is delayed, call the number on your travel documents. If you booked your hotel yourself, there is no shuttle for you.
A transfer booked in advance
With a pre-booked transfer you walk out of the terminal to a driver holding a sign with your name, at any hour. We track your flight with its number, so a delay changes nothing for you: delays of up to 6 hours cost nothing extra, and waiting is free for 90 minutes after landing. The price is fixed per vehicle when you book, and you pay the driver in cash at the end, in Turkish lira, euros or US dollars. Our Antalya Airport transfer page explains where the driver waits at each terminal, and these pages cover the drive to each resort:
- Antalya Airport to Belek transfer
- Antalya Airport to Side transfer
- Antalya Airport to Kemer transfer
- Antalya Airport to Alanya transfer
Landing late in Alanya? Our late-night transfer to Alanya guide covers that long drive in detail.
Before a late arrival
- Tell your hotel that you will arrive after midnight, so your room is held and someone is at the reception.
- Book with your flight number, so the driver sees your terminal and any delay. International flights use Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, which are 2.5 km apart.
- Switch your phone on after landing. If you have no mobile data, the terminal's Wi-Fi is enough for WhatsApp.
- Carry some cash in Turkish lira, euros or US dollars for the driver or a taxi.
- Travelling with children? Child seats are required by law; add them when you book.
