2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the terms and conditions of the Istanbul Princes’ Islands Full-Day Tour, including visits to Kınalıada and Büyükada, and defines the rights and responsibilities of Transfer3e and the customer.
The tour is operated as a group tour and includes sea transportation, island visits, guiding, lunch and hotel transfer services as described in the booking details.
3. Services Included
Unless otherwise stated in the reservation, the following services are included:

4. Hotel Transfer Areas

6. Tour Program

However, Transfer3e reserves the right to modify:

- Return time
- Duration of island stops
- Boat route
- Meeting points
- Parts of the daily program
when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Sea conditions
- Port congestion
- Traffic
- Technical or operational requirements
- Decisions of local or maritime authorities
- Safety considerations
- Force majeure
Such operational changes do not automatically create a right to compensation, provided that the essential nature of the purchased tour is not materially changed.
7. Lunch and Drinks
Lunch and designated drinks are provided on board.
Customers with:
- Food allergies
- Dietary restrictions

- Special meal requests
must inform Transfer3e before the tour.
Special menus are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing correct booking information
- Providing the correct hotel name and address
- Providing an active phone or WhatsApp number
- Being ready at the confirmed pickup time
- Following instructions given by the guide, captain and crew
- Taking care of personal belongings
- Supervising children
- Following safety rules on the boat and islands
Customers who fail to arrive at the meeting point at the confirmed time may miss the tour.
9. Late Arrival and No-Show
If the customer:
- Arrives late
- Is not present at the pickup point
- Provides an incorrect hotel address
- Cannot be contacted
- Misses the boat due to personal delay
Transfer3e is not obligated to provide alternative transportation or a replacement tour.
A no-show reservation is considered used and is non-refundable unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Children
Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for children during:

- Pier access
- Island visits
- Free time
Any child pricing is applied according to the age categories stated during booking.
11. Health and Mobility

12. Weather and Sea Conditions

Reservations cancelled close to the tour departure time may be non-refundable depending on the booking conditions accepted by the customer.
If the customer requests a change of:
- Date
- Passenger number
- Hotel
- Pickup location
such changes are subject to availability and operational approval.
14. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their own belongings.
Transfer3e cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen or damaged personal items unless liability is required under applicable law.
Passengers are advised to keep valuable items such as:
- Passport
- Wallet
- Mobile phone
- Camera
- Travel documents
with them at all times.
15. Photos and Promotional Materials
Photos of boats, meals, islands, vehicles or tour experiences shown on the website may be representative.
The actual:

- Vehicle
- Seating arrangement
- Tour sequence
may differ from promotional images due to operational requirements.
These differences do not constitute a service defect where the essential tour service remains equivalent.
16. Force Majeure
Events outside the reasonable control of Transfer3e may include:

- Severe weather

- Strikes
- Government decisions
- Civil disturbances
- Epidemics
- Transport disruption
- Emergencies
- Similar extraordinary circumstances
In these situations, Transfer3e will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement where possible.
