1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between Transfer3e, the tour service provider, and the customer who makes a reservation through the website, telephone, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel.

By completing the reservation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to define the services included in the Kınalıada & Büyükada Two Islands Tour, as well as the rights, obligations, booking conditions, and responsibilities of both parties.
The tour is a full-day boat and island tour departing from Istanbul and visiting Kınalıada and Büyükada.
3. Services Included in the Tour
The tour price includes:
- Round-trip boat tour to Kınalıada and Büyükada
- Lunch on board
- Drinks included within the tour menu
- Professional guide service
- Transfer from eligible hotels to the boat departure point
- Return transfer from the boat arrival point to the hotel
Any service that is not clearly listed under the “Included” section is not included in the tour price.
4. Services Not Included
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities on the islands
- Bicycle or electric vehicle rental
- Additional food and drinks outside the tour menu
- Entrance fees to paid attractions
- Tips and gratuities
- Any other service not specifically listed under “Included”
5. Hotel Transfers
Hotel transfer service is available only from pickup areas designated by Transfer3e.
The customer must provide accurate information during booking, including:
- Hotel name
- Full hotel address
- Number of passengers
- Active telephone or WhatsApp number
The exact hotel pickup time will be communicated before the tour.
Customers must be ready at the hotel lobby or designated meeting point at the confirmed pickup time.
If the customer misses the transfer or boat due to being late, Transfer3e is not obligated to provide a replacement transfer or alternative transportation.
6. Tour Program
Under normal operating conditions, the tour includes visits to Kınalıada and Büyükada.
However, the order of the islands, departure time, duration of the island visits, or parts of the program may be changed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Sea conditions
- Port or pier congestion
- Official maritime restrictions
- Traffic conditions
- Technical or operational requirements
- Decisions of public authorities
- Any situation affecting passenger safety
Such changes do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, provided that the overall nature of the purchased tour service is not materially changed.
7. Lunch and Drinks
Lunch and designated drinks are provided on board as part of the tour.
Customers are advised to inform Transfer3e in advance if they have:
- Food allergies
- Special dietary requirements
- Vegetarian meal requests
- Other relevant food restrictions
Special menu requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Children
Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians throughout the tour.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children on the boat, at the piers, and during island visits.
Where applicable, child pricing will be based on the age categories stated at the time of booking.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information
- Being ready at the agreed pickup and meeting times
- Following the instructions of the guide, captain, and boat staff
- Taking care of personal belongings
- Avoiding behavior that may disturb or endanger other passengers
Transfer3e cannot be held responsible for lost, forgotten, or unattended personal belongings, except where liability is required by applicable law.
10. Health and Mobility
The tour may involve walking, boarding and leaving the boat, and moving around the islands.
Customers should inform Transfer3e before booking if they have:
- Reduced mobility
- Wheelchair requirements
- Pregnancy-related requirements
- Serious medical conditions
- Any condition requiring special assistance
Transfer3e reserves the right to assess whether the tour is suitable based on operational and safety conditions.
11. Weather and Sea Conditions
If the tour cannot be operated safely due to weather, sea conditions, official restrictions, or a decision by the captain or operations team, the tour may be:
- Rescheduled
- Moved to an alternative date
- Modified
- Cancelled
If Transfer3e completely cancels the tour and no suitable alternative service can be provided, the customer will receive a refund for the unused service.
12. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted to Transfer3e in writing.
The cancellation and refund conditions communicated during the booking process form an integral part of the reservation.
Cancellations made shortly before the tour date may be non-refundable, depending on the applicable booking conditions.
In the event of a no-show, meaning that the customer does not appear at the confirmed place and time, the reservation will be considered used and no refund will be issued.
If Transfer3e is unable to operate the tour, the customer may be offered, where applicable:
- An alternative date
- An equivalent tour
- A refund for the affected service
13. Late Arrival and Missed Tour
Transfer3e cannot be held responsible if the customer misses the transfer or tour due to reasons attributable to the customer, including:
- Late arrival
- Incorrect hotel or address information
- Being unreachable by phone
- Failure to be present at the designated meeting point
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
14. Force Majeure
Events outside the reasonable control of the parties may be considered force majeure, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Suspension of maritime transportation
- Strikes
- War
- Terrorism
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government decisions
- Transportation restrictions
- Similar extraordinary circumstances
In such situations, Transfer3e will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
15. Photos and Promotional Images
Photos of the boat, islands, meals, vehicles, or other tour elements used on the website or in promotional materials may be representative images.
The actual boat, food presentation, operating arrangements, or similar service elements may differ from the promotional images, provided that the general service category and quality are maintained.
16. Personal Data
Personal information collected during the reservation process may be used for:
- Creating and managing the reservation
- Organizing the transfer and tour
- Communicating with the customer
- Fulfilling legal and operational obligations
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
17. Complaints and Requests
Any issue experienced during the tour should, where possible, be reported immediately to the guide or Transfer3e operations team so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the matter during the tour.

18. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation remain fully reserved.
19. Acceptance of the Agreement
By completing the reservation, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted:
- The tour description
- Included and excluded services
- Hotel transfer conditions
- Tour program
- Cancellation and amendment conditions
- All provisions of this agreement
Selecting “Complete Booking” or “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions” constitutes electronic acceptance of this agreement.
